Please... help with my numbers!
I have been using CPAP for a few weeks now. Below is an average nightly event report. I am still more tired than before the therapy. How do my numbers look and do I just need more time? Thanks.

It's not the numbers - it's the squiggles.
You're leaking much too much - possibly mouth leaking - and then therapy simply doesn't happen.
You may find other masks more comfortable and less leaky.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

You have a machine capable of clearing events by automatically adjusting pressure. You are running at a steady 9 cmH2O in CPAP mode. Have you ever tried it in Auto mode? Used the Cflex? Anyway, your AHI is in what I understand to be an acceptable range. What was you PSG result for AHI as a comparison?
As far as leaks, I wouldn't consider your numbers to be unusual for that particular mask. Leaks between 50 and 100 L/Min are more consistent with loss of pressure, and they can appear as individual spikes from a dislodged mask to extended peaks called "large leaks". Your leak rate doesn't exceed 50. It may be lower with a different type of mask, like nasal pillows. My leaks averaged 34 to 43 in ComfortClassic nasal mask a few weeks ago before switching to an Swift LT. My current average leak is around 23 to 27.
Disclaimer: I don't know any more than you do.

Thanks for the relies and advice. From my PSG, the sleep center set the pressure at 9 cmH2O with CPAP and C-FLEX=3. I have been using these settings. I did try Auto mode twice early on but I slept very poorly and thought I just needed to get used to the mask and whole CPAP therapy first. As I recall from my PSG, my AHI was 23.0.
I did have a nasal pillow mask at first and just could not sleep with it. I switched to the comfort gel and was able to sleep much better. I do roll around alot and sometimes wakeup with what I do know to be leaks towards my eyes. I have tried tightening the mask, but it becomes too uncomfortable to sleep. I will keep at it though.
