So I've lowered my pressure to 9.5, based on results from previous settings. Does this look as though I'd be safe to continue going lower?
Out of curiosity, what is the result of going too low? Or how do I know when I get there?
Thanks.

when you go "too low", your ahi will increase.

Thank you, that's helpful.
Does the graph show anything about whether I've gone too low, or have more to go?

i've just gone back over this thread. and i see, like a lot of threads, we've kind of gone off into the weeds here. lots of minutiae about charts and such. we (or at least *I*) seem to have lost the purpose here.
i get that you've lost weight. i get that you want to lower your pressures. i guess what i've missed here is why you think lower pressure is better for you? is there something about your current settings that aren't giving you refreshing sleep? aerophagia? multiple awakenings?
i'm sorry if you've posted this info already and i've missed it!

Since I believe that sleep apnea can be caused or worsened by being overweight, I just thought my condition might have improved with being lighter.
I was at the highest setting on my machine (15), which is not very comfortable. Ive been hoping to lower it for that reason. More comfort = better sleep.

One of the most helpful ways to dial in therapy, make decisions based on trends and not single night anecdotal numbers is to take advantage of the Machine Setting information under the Statistics tab.
It tracks your AHI and machine settings and does the math for you?
Ensure your time frame at each level is for a few weeks.
Keep an eye on the Monthly columns to ensure your not substituting CAs for OAs (or reverse)

I think I see how this works now. Am I right in thinking that the two nights I turned off the Auto Flex, I got the best performance? Or, what is the line that says, "Pressure Relief"?

			Yes.
But, you are also comparing statistically, insignificant time periods.
A day or two mean nothing and simple can't be used to determine optimal settings.

+1
you're looking for trends rather than one or two nights.
we don't sleep the same way each night so you may find quite a variance night to night. plus it can take your body some time to adjust.
