We need to get you a better mask then you can really see how much better you can feel.
I am still trying to find you a decent full face mask in my donated stash and the person who was supposed to be sending me some...he's still got it sitting on his kitchen table. I will prod him a bit.
When you have time send me a PM with your name and address so that as soon as I find you a better full face mask to use I can get it right out to you. I don't blame you for not being a fan of the Liberty....I thought it was a horrid little mask. I know some people love it but it's not the easiest of masks to be using and especially for someone doing all this on their own without any help with fitting.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Ok so wow I definetly feel much much better today . Most morning I am in such a fog I can barely even move. I do still feel.a bit tired, but no where near what it has been. I will see how I feel around lunch time.
That mask I am not a huge fan of. The nose things dont really stay in my nose so it makes a weird noise and doesnt give great pressure. I am going to keep trying though.
I have an sd card. I am going to get the usb adapter for my pc today if snow is not that bad. But for first night I got about 5 or 6 hours
That sounds awesome for a first night, and the fact that you feel better... even better

An effective prodding! Knowing there's a potential need has motivated me.
It's on the way. F30 with the quiet air elbow. Hope it works out for Wigsplitter.

I don't know if the Small F30 will work in this situation but I will know more once I see it.
In the meantime a box of masks is on its way to the OP to try out.
The ResMed Quattro FX in a large and the DreamWear all versions and pretty much all sizes except small. OP is a big guy...I am thinking small of anything won't work out so great.

Oh well - at least it got me off my butt and moving! I'm sure there'll be another use for it soon.

Thank you both for the help. I have the sd card reader coming in today from Amazon so I will have a bit more info on everything soon.
I think it is good i am falling asleep with the mask on but i still wake up around 3am every night , even before the mask. But the mask is very uncomfortable and maybe seems to not stay on fully all night.
Either way, I do feel better in the morning. I do workout pretty heavy every morning before work, so I still fell asleep on my lunch like I do everyday.

It often takes some time to recover from the lack of sleep and restful recuperation that sleep apnea causes.
You're moving in the right direction.

How'd you sleep last night?
What position?
How's the nose....congested or clear?
Those questions for both sessions....Anything change after the wake up and turning the machine off and on again?
There's a substantial change in the flow limitation graph between the first session and the second session...I am wondering what changed...sleeping position or nasal congestion maybe?
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I do feel better from the second day.
probably both nights, I started out on my back and went over to my side because I was pretty uncomfy.
does any of this data make you believe there is a problem with my sleeping? I am in the middle of my doctor visits right now and have not heard anything officially. I know I feel better after using the machine, I did not take a nap on my lunch today for the first time in probably I don't even know how long.
