Now I AM confused. If you did not understand what was meant by the word "Beyond," why did you suggest he change the title of the book to "CPAP Success and Beyond?"
Jim, I did it because it sounded interesting. Can you please give a guess what is meant by BEYOND?
Not having had the privilege of reading the book, I would only speculate. In that, my speculation would be that he used the phrase metaphorically, not literally. By that I mean that, given its position in the final section, it stands as a reminder that having been successful in adapting to and feeling confident in one's use of CPAP (and all of its variations) we need to be aware of and accommodate the other factors in our lives that help optimize our treatment. That is, once we have learned to use the tools competently, we must now look beyond them to other factors in our lives that enhance the positive effects in our lives.

JimW159, that is how *I* read / understood "beyond" as well.

I do not know if that is useful to the OP (Doctor) sypark?
Hopefully by reading we will know what 'beyond CPAP success' means.

Though often book teases leave one frustrated.
Began XPAP May 2016. Autoset Pressure min. 8 / max 15. Ramp off. ERP set at 2. No humidity. Sleepyhead software installed and being looked at daily, though only beginning to understand the data.

PR, if you picked the puzzle/pillow with the blue background, you win! I understand it was the one chosen by the good doctor's wife.

avi123, you spoiled the final result

Here's the final cover:

(Sorry, but I had trouble uploading the final photo. It's similar to avi123's cover)

Yes, I talk about taking control of your compliance data.

After reading thousands of threads on this post, I tried to cover as many topics as possible. I actually start an entire chapter based on CPAPTalk.com's Mike Moran's 7 Stages of CPAP.

For those of you who are wondering what the word "beyond" means, I talk about how you can continue that state of CPAP success once you reach it, and for the few that can't succeed with CPAP no matter her hard they try, I offer a short, but balanced synopsis of alternatives. The main focus of the book is CPAP.

Thanks for all your support and feedback. I will keep you posted as the publication date approaches (most likely early 2017).
