I just started having the same problem, after 10 days of MyEncore working just fine, yesterday it started having a problem with blank pages on the reports.
Also, a separate issue, the shaded column that represents the 90% column is off by one column to the right. It should shift one to the left, and shade in the correct column of numbers representing 90%.
HUGE data holes in MyEncore...

SQL Database Tables
I too am having the same troubles with accessing the specified charts in MyEncore. I have tried the install on two separate computers (and even followed the instructions by Sleepy-in-AL as outlined in the following post: viewtopic.php?t=10149
Would anyone be willing to share which SQL tables hold the Encore Pro downloaded data?
What is the best way to access the tables (ODBC through Access or Excel, etc.)? I do not have a copy of SQL.
