Katherine and friend Lucy in Guatemala

My CPAP Story:

Hi, I am an administrator of the CPAP Wiki, so if you have any questions about how to get involved, don't hesitate to Private Message me over CPAPtalk.com.

My name is Katherine and I work for CPAPtalk.com. The projects I'm involved with are Product Challenge, Product Advantage and CPAP Wiki. Working in this community has brought challenge and opportunity to my professional and private life. It was because of what I learned here that my partner and his father got tested and diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

I hope that the tools we're able to provide this community will help others gain the support and education needed to treat OSA. Remember, there is nothing new under the sun. Someone in this community has been where you are now. Look around, pipe up if you have questions and make CPAPtalk.com part of your treatment.

My Life before CPAP:

Travel is a big part of my life. Having lived in Texas all my life, I make it a point to see other places and people. Before moving back to my native Houston from Austin I took a detour to London, England. I lived and worked there in Mental Health Research in a role similar to the one I now play in Sleep Apnea. (That is I still haven't held a stethoscope, but a notepad and an excel sheet... Definitely).
A favorite Import
My favorite imports are tea, curry and the Kinks.

I'm a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, where I studied studied Anthropology, History and Philosophy.
