If it's an index, it should be the total, divided by number of hours slept.
For example: BR Arousal index: The number of breathing related arousals(apnea, hypopnea, snoring & RERAs)multiplied by the # hours of sleep. "Multiplied" should be "Divided"
The definition posted for Sleep efficiency: Total sleep time multiplied by time in bed is INCORRECT
The CORRECT definition should be (either):
a) Total sleep time divided by time in bed (expressed as a fraction) or b) Total sleep time divided by time in bed x 100 (expressed as a percentage).
