Anyone that has to use a CPAP machine knows it is not something you normally adjust to in just a couple of days. Everyone is different as we know, but for me personally it was about a month or so before I started getting fairly comfortable with the device. It is different and it just takes a little time. You see, I have sleep apnea and to try and sleep without my cpap device is risky. Although it takes some getting used to, once you get adjusted it really is not so bad.
My advice, if you snore really hard or wake up feeling tired or with headaches then you need to get to your doctor for a sleep study.
Sleep apnea is not anything to joke about and can be dangerous. If you suspect you have apnea, get to your doctor and treat it!
