Too much sleep?

Post by Iflyacrj » Sat Aug 16, 2014 7:44 am

Here's one thing I've noticed since using a CPAP. If I sleep 8 hours and get a real good sleep, I have trouble falling asleep the very next night. I don't consume anything with caffeine after 2pm.
Anyone else have that trouble?

I haven't had that problem, but it doesn't surprise me. You've probably spent years getting much less sleep than the time you've been in bed due to all the arousal events. It may take a while for your body to get used to getting a full night's high quality sleep.
