I live and sleep in Central time. I import machine data into Sleepyhead each morning before going to work. XPAP machine and home computer clocks both set to Central time. I use a Dropbox folder to house the Sleepyhead program folder and the SH data folder. Dropbox allows SH to stay in sync as well as allows me to view my Sleepyhead data on multiple computers.
This is where it gets a bit strange. I work in Eastern time. The work computer's clock is on Eastern time. When I review my nightly SH data from work (via Dropbox), the graphs are showing the session time in Eastern time. There is a setting in SH ver. 9.6 to set the time. I have that set to Central time.
I guess I am looking for a solution to this. Not really a big deal but worth looking into.

Re: Sleepyhead 9.6 Timestamp
You show a Respironics machine in your equipment profile. There is no clock available for the patient to set. All Respironics machines are set to GMT time and any calculations as to time come from the software and the computer clock.
Unless you are using a ResMed machine (which does have a clock that the patient can set) I don't think you can do anything about the discrepancy when using the work computer.
Only thing I can think of would only be a temporary fix would be to use SleepyHead's clock drift to adjust the time and I am not even sure that would do what you want it to do and you would have to change it back when you got home.
Clock drift is under Preferences/CPAP tab in the far upper right if you didn't know about it and want to play with it.

Re: Sleepyhead 9.6 Timestamp
I see clearly now. Thank you. No real issue anyway, it is just that this morning was the first time I noticed the discrepancy.
