Puritan Bennett 420E settings

Post by Dale Bidwell » Fri Aug 08, 2014 3:42 pm

The above machine got some rough handling in the suitcase, and the settings are erased. I need to re-program the machine to a pressure of 10, but have no idea how to do it. The machine just reads Error 15

Thanks

Unfortunately the user guide for your machine doesn't list this code directly.
It does list error codes as Error XX and recommends returning it your DME for repairs.
The indication is "Operating Fault" "call your home care provider."

One additional thought.
If your machine is out of warranty and you are mechanically adept, the you might look internally for some connector that has come loose in the rough handling.

Sounds as if you put it in checked baggage.
