I agree with that. Their advertisement make you believe that is a 100% cleaning and hassle free solutions. Unfortunately, it only kills pathogens but does not remove oils or dead body cells from the mask. You still have to do actual washing with water and soap every once in a while. If that special humidifier door is solid enough, it should simplify cleaning the water chamber. But I want to see if anybody actually used it in order to make my final decision of buying the SoClean machine.
