You don't have to go below 90% to consider it to be an event.
It is not necessary to wake up, you could have arousal which shift you to lighter stage of sleep. Even if you wake up, usually we don't remember them if it were brief.youngclark wrote: I snored a lot. Continuous snoring the entire time.
