new to sleepyhead

Post by Mattbnr » Mon Jul 14, 2014 7:45 pm

I just installed the sleepyhead software. i imported my data. i had 163 days in the last year according to SH. i did have a format problem with my card about a month ago and it said it had to erase some info so i am assuming thats where the other data went because i've never erased this card for the last 4 years.

so onto my question. how do i read these graphs? i tried looking through the overly long and boring guide that is stickied but i for some reason just ain't following along. i just want to know if stuff is good or if i need to make changes. i was diagnosed with cpap pressure of 14 like 5 years ago. i have since changed it to apap on my own since i no longer have a medical doctor that oversees my cpap machine or diagnoses.

how do i upload the graphs or what should i look for? simple please cause i really ain't gonna read that stickied guide again.

You might want to read this ONE page in my Guide to SleepyHead: 4. Basic data interpretation: Daily Detailed Data.

You can read through the rest of my guide if you decide that you've got other questions. But as a starting place, that one post should answer all your questions about how to tell whether your data shows your therapy is Good, Bad, or In-Between.

You can read my step by step instructions on both what kind of data to post AND how to post that data by reading 14. Posting SleepyHead Graphs to the Forum

I have that bookmarked now, thanks robysue! when I get a machine that actually has data, rather than the lobotomized one I have, I know where to go!
