How to post Respiratory Rate?

Post by Bootlegger » Sat Jul 12, 2014 11:22 am

How may I get Respiratory rate to display in detailed data graph in ResScan?
It displays in Sleepyhead with no problem.

Thanks

Suggest you change the subject line to reflect a ResScan question.
As stated, it sounds as if you are looking for how to make a respiratory rate on this message board.
Perhaps you could change it to: "How to get Rescan to display respiratory rate?" or something like that.

Agreed: You've asked a good question but you need more info in the subject line to draw in the ResScan users.

I used ResScan last year for a several months but got rusty on it's numerous tricks and weird twists... sorry, I'd be of no help and I'm not willing to re-install it to answer your question. If you zero in on the ResScan users with the subject line you'll be knee-deep in clover and sitting pretty. Also sorry for all the mixed metaphors SNO

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I am happy that I have been able to boost the egos of the two intellectual responders who seem to be more interested
in impressing the Forum with their knowledge of how to submit a question vice answering the question.

ooooh, way to win friends and influence people *takes notes*.

answer 1) who cares, you've got the info.
answer 2) who cares, resscan is a pain.
answer 3) why don't you post something else vague that won't make sense to someone that might know?

oh, wait, forget 3.

Maybe our hubris had one good gem of info buried in it... which you seem to be ignoring as of this reply. Your friend, SNO

After thinking about your latest reply, I finally realized that nobody told you HOW to change your subject line and that this probably resulted in your harsh words (sleepiness does that to people). Anyway, here's how to change your subject line: Go to 'view your posts' which is right below the CPAPtalk logo and click it > find your original/initial post (NOT your second reply) > click on the 'edit' button and you'll see the familiar edit text screen > at the top is the subject line text box > next place your cursor at the beginning and add something like: ResScan Users, help please.

Your change should immediately appear on the first page of the forum. That should do it. SNO

Bootlegger, I can't verify this, but it looks to me as if ResScan will not display Respiratory Rate for non-vpap machines.

I don't know how Resscan works or I would have been happy to post how to do it.
The next best thing was to suggest how you might find someone who does.

BTW here is a link to the manual:
