Not for the PR S1 machines. Only the S9 unless there's a new bug in the new SH version.
SH shouldn't have that red line at 24 as a default because of the other machines that can be used that don't use the 24 L/min line.

I thought the red line was an option and not a default that we could customize. Maybe not...I don't remember for sure but I thought I turned it on manually.

At any rate PR S1 users often think that 24 L/min is their no man's land too...and it isn't and that's why I asked. Just so they don't go into panic mode.

it is customizable, but I *think* it's on by default... but I'm far from sure.

Your graph for July 10 looks similar to mine, except I am usually around a 4-6 and then spike up to 16-20 for the last couple hours.

I have a full face mask and am a definite mouth breather. And because of swimming outdoors and allergies, one side of my nose is usually clogged.

And I'm swallowing a lot of air. I can tell on my morning runs, when I spend the first mile burping air -- which is a new occurrence since I started my BPAP.

Thank you for posting your questions. I have no answers for you, but I have learned a lot reading all the replies.

You have to make that judgment.

I don't know whether your congestion complaint is minor or significant.

If I had a nostril that was clogged every night and it did not respond to home treatment, I would get an examination by an ENT/allergist.

But this is your call.
