Is there an acceptable RERA index?

Kind of like how an AHI of <5.0 is generally acceptable? Or does it depend on other factors as well?

Mine seems to run from ~ 1.0 to 3.0 nightly, but I have no idea what's good or bad.

Are you sleeping well in general or is your sleep highly fragmented?
Are you feeling okay in general?
Are the RERAs grouped together in clusters or are they spread out randomly over the night?
