power outage

my machine is about 3 yrs old (remstar auto a-flex)
just recently it blinks on and off and I have change power supplies and checked power cord but cannot
stop power from blinking on and off

Mine does that (diff. machine though) when the filter needs cleaning or changing... does the screen on yours say anything when it's blinking?
