CPAP.com's ridiculously FAST shipping

I placed my order Thursday morning. From what I saw, the order was shipping USPS ground from Houston, TX area up to central WI. That's roughly 1,200 miles. Anyhow...my mask arrived this morning in the mail. CPAP.com is ON THE BALL...and so are the truck drivers who got my mask delivered so fast.
I just wanted to give credit where it's due. And when.

I placed an order Monday afternoon and they told me 3-5 days. It was in my mailbox Wednesday afternoon!

+2 couldn't agree more.

I've always had same day turnaround with CPAP.com getting the stuff to the deliver service the same day I order (I tend to place orders in the early morning which also helps).

Response and processing is immediate during business hours Monday through Friday.
Otherwise, it is done ASAP the next time someone is there.

It sounds like you need to call and complain. Tell em next time to wait a week or so before shipping like other DMEs.

To give credit where it's due, the postal service did the actual delivery. Yes, CPAP.com deserves some credit for fulfilling the order on the same day, but they're not the ones who got it to you 1200 miles away the next morning.

I live in the alien dead zone...landing zone I guess. Everything I get takes longer from the USPS. People clear across the country get stuff faster than I do.
ST Mark sent me a machine and a guy in California a machine...shipped on same day USPS Priority...the CA machine arrived before mine did and I am only 280 miles from STLMark...go figure that one.
Cpap.com orders always take me 3 days and sometimes 4...and it is related to USPS and not cpap.com shipping.
And I don't know how far I am from Houston but it isn't that far.

I drive truck for a living. "CYA" is a lifestyle. In my OP, I also said the truck drivers are on the ball. But USPS won't get it here quickly if cpap.com doesn't have it in their hot little hands. Therefore, I stand by my OP.

I'm waiting (in hiding) for them cpap.com truckers... I'll get them... "What I need is a little attention getter'"!
