I notice that I now have two listings under Changes to Prescription Settings on the statistics Tab. One is green and the second is pinkish. I have not had any changes to prescription settings on this machine. Older versions of Sleepyhead only have one entry.
Perhaps Pressure relief settings changed?

The RX Changes list tracks changes to EPR, A-Flex, etc.. because some machines give clinicians the ability to lock those settings down.

There have been several bug fixes in this section of code recently, so might not have been displaying correctly before.
No Changes have been made in that regard. Aflex has not been changed since it was setup back in January.

Question for JediMark:

In SH 0.9.6, how is the LL number that shows up in the daily summary data in the left side bar computed for PR System One users?

As an example, this data was posted not too long ago:
Image
What's the Large Leak 14.61 mean and how's it computed? It looks like this is giving the percent time spent in Large Leak for the night. Is that correct?

I wasn't going to release another test build like this, I was going to wait until this was a bit more polished for an official release, but 0.9.5 is atrocious, and I've made a lot of changes and bug fixes since then that really need a thorough testing before a final release. If your one of the few I gave previous "0.9.6" binaries to, this one here has waaaaay more fixes and goodies in it.

A ton of work has been done underneath to improve stability and the way SleepyHead uses memory and multiple CPU cores, plus making sure SleepyHead can work properly on computers with and without modern graphics cards. Also a lot of work went into making SleepyHead read ResMed summary data. And Oximetry (along with the CMS50 importer) was completely rewritten with an easy to use wizard that allows you to easily sync to CPAP sessions, as well as import from ChoiceMMed MD300W1 oximeter data files.

I'm off to catch some Zzzz's

/Mark

Mark, you are truly fantastic! You must have put many many hours of work into this. It is totally appreciated. I plan to make a contribution to the project, soon. This is a great upgrade for us Mac users, even though it is still apparently a pre-release build.

Good sleeping and good karma to you.

Paul

I requested the addition of a large leak calculation for ResMed machines, which Mark kindly added. He explained to me at that time that the PR machines actually record the amount of time spent in Large Leaks natively (I am not sure if it is recorded as length of time or as percentage). For ResMed machines he had to add functionality which can calculates the time spent above (or below) any given threshold for any measured quantity from the dataset. In both cases, I believe, he is displaying it in percentage of time.

Latinist, Thanks for this information. Have you had a chance to see if SH 0.9.6 shows this calculation for Resmed machines?

It does but for my S9 Adapt it is shown at the bottom of the statistics right above the session green/black bar at the bottom. It doesn't show up in the colored bar graphs where the PR S1 LL is shown.

It says "time over leak red line" and gives it in a percentage.

It does indeed, but as Pugsy said it does not show at the top with the other data, presumably because it is a derived quantity and not one actually recorded on the device. He also has but a convenient red line on the leak graph at 24 L/min. I can tell you, it would have been very helpful to have that leak information when I first started with a leaky Quattro Air. Looking back now I see that I spent 69% of one night in large leaks! I think perhaps I would've been more insistent earlier on changing masks if I'd had that kind of stat right in front of my eyes.

How about editing the subject title to include Windows instead of just Mac? It would help avoid confusion when I point Windows users to this thread.

Keep an eye on this thread for a Windows test build in the next day or two.. I've got to make 3 different ones for Windows, thanks to various Qt/OS bugs and graphics card combinations.

Totally enjoying 0.9.6 on my Vista machine - nice job!

That field is the percentage of time spent in large leak..

It is calculated the same way as CSR, and it's data is taken directly from the PRS1 machines Large Leak (0x10) field on all machines before Family 5 (ASV) and 60 series.

The RedLine leak bits are completely separate from the PRS1 Large Leak flags (which are reported by the machine)... It does not yet add an event flag like the PRS1 uses yet.

I will add this extra event flag later if anyone finds it a useful addition.. It's not hard to do, it's being calculated anyway.. I just need to make sure a recalculation event happens for it's data channel when the threshold changes in preferences.

I'm using version 0.9.6 and am using a S9 Adapt Auto 36037 and I have none of what Pugsy is talking about, no time over leak red line.
