How should nasal pillows fit?

Can someone please tell me how nasal pillows should fit. My friend is not sure whether they should be tight or loose. Does anyone have any suggestions? THANKS!

Based on my experience it is best midway between tight and loose. You will most likely have to experiment to find a good fit. You can find a video from Resmed on fitting their Swift Mirage pillows at https://www.cpap.com/productpage/1433.
