AHI 1793.07 error? Help
AHI 1793.07 error? Help
I've been using Sleepyhead to check my progress, only checking every couple of days, unless I am trying out a new mask. Yesterday I was shocked to see a report of 1793.07 AHI, of course no graph for AHI or leaks. I know this has to be a glitch of some kind but it throws my ongoing stats way off, so I thought I could just delete that day and go on from there but when I try to click on " delete daily" Sleepyhead simply stops working. So what do I do now? Does anyone know what caused this error? Is my SD card full after 9 months, is my cpap machine playing a joke on me, did I damage the SD card when I had it out of the machine? My DME seems to know even less about my cpap machine than I do, so I doubt they will be any help.

Re: AHI 1793.07 error? Help
You didn't do anything wrong. It's a well known bug in SleepyHead.
Which version of SleepyHead are you using? We might be able to fix it by using a different version depending on which version you are using now.
You can turn off the daily session (scroll to the very bottom below statistics number on the left below the pie chart) but I don't think it will fix the overview stats.
You can manually remove the files pertaining to that day from the SleepyHead folder in MyDocuments but the machine will put them right back on the SD card the next time it is inserted.
I assume you are using a 60 series machine. Your profile points to a 50 series machine and a 60 series humidifier and they won't work together and the AHI bug you see is mainly known to frequent the 60 series machine data.

Re: AHI 1793.07 error? Help
Thanks, Pugsy, my machine is a Pr system one 560 series auto with AFlex, but I couldn't find a 60 series in the profile selection that had AFlex so I will go back and fix that as I know having the right info on which machine I am using is helpful on what kind of advice can be given to solve the problem.
I'm using the V0.9.3 version of Sleepyhead, I haven't updated it since I downloaded it in Oct. of last year since it was working so well and I thought there were some glitches in the updated versions, If I deleted the whole nine months, will the SD card have all the information on it, and could I just import everything for the last nine months again? I'm clearly over my head on this issue and really appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

Re: AHI 1793.07 error? Help
When you are talking about "deleting the whole nine months" what exactly do you mean? Purging the nine months of data inside SH? Or deleting all the data from the SD card itself?Birdsong wrote: If I deleted the whole nine months, will the SD card have all the information on it, and could I just import everything for the last nine months again? Purging the data from inside SH won't change the SD card so the data will still be on the SD card. But chances are when you reload the data, the same file(s) that are causing SH to loose its mind will trigger the bug again and you'll still have the AHI 1793.07 error.
Deleting all the data from the SD card itself will cause you to lose the WAVE FLOW data, which is written directly to the SD card. And SH uses the wave flow data to compute the respiratory rate, tidal volume, minute volume, inspiratory time and expiratory time graphs. So you'll lose those too. But all the other data (the events table, the pressure graph, the leak graph, the snoring graph, and usage data) are stored on-board the PR System One Series 60 machine you have, and that data will be written back to any SD card that is inserted into the machine.
The easiest solution is to just turn the one data session OFF for now and not worry about it.

All the 560 machines have AFlex and it doesn't matter that it isn't mentioned in the equipment menu selection.Birdsong wrote:my machine is a Pr system one 560 series auto with AFlex, but I couldn't find a 60 series in the profile selection that had AFlex
Erasing or removing past data from the SD card or SleepyHead folder won't fix the issue and you lose a lot of the over 30 days detailed data. Don't want to go there as I doubt it would fix the issue anyway.
Only way to make it totally go away right now is to reset the machine itself and you don't want to do that.
Instead let's just go with a newer SleepyHead version and leave the 0.9.3 version alone at the moment.
Let's use this version. It doesn't have an installer yet so we have to open it the old fashioned way.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/978 ... OpenGL.zip SleepyHead 0.9.6 testing
Download, unzip and then open the SleepyHead main folder and scroll down to the bottom of the files and folders list until you see the SleepyHead application.exe file. Right click your mouse on it and choose either pin to start menu or taskbar from the choices. This is the file that opens Sleepyhead. Making a short cut to taskbar or start menu enables you to quickly open SH without having to go into the main folder every time.
Import your SD card into version 0.9.6 and let's see if the elevated AHI is still there.
Let me know and we can go from there. If it works like I hope it works you won't need 0.9.3 but let's see what happens with 0.9.6 first.
This won't remove the data from the overview graphs and still will affect the overall statistics. At least that is what has been reported by others with this problem..didn't fix the overall AHI or the overview graphs. The easiest solution is to just turn the one data session OFF for now and not worry about it.

Re: AHI 1793.07 error? Help
Thank you, thank you Pugsy!!!. I think that did the trick. That "bad" day shows 0 AHI because the AHI graph and the leak graph are not there but the stats are back to where they should be for the last nine months and I don't care about just that one day since I know I was using my machine and it's all good. Thanks too, for giving me detailed information on how to download and open the new Sleepyhead version since as you can probably can tell my computer skills are self taught and very much beginner stuff. But I am determined to learn about my cpap machine and how to get the best use of it to get out of the awful haze I have been living in for years and Sleepyhead has been a real gift to me to make that possible.
Thanks too, to robysue for your efforts, this is a great place with so many people jumping in to help whenever anyone has a problem!
