This thread deserves to get a lot of attention. Will sleep apnea will be blamed for every car accident that occurs, as a way for the insurance companies to get out of paying claims. Will people refuse to get diagnosed, and treated, because they don't want the label of "sleep apnea" to go on their medical and other records?

Well, NO. There is nothing in automobile insurance policies that says they are void if "sleep apnea causes a collision".
Will people refuse to get diagnosed, and treated, because they don't want the label of "sleep apnea" to go on their medical and other records?
Well uh, YES. You already have this going on now.

Keep calm and use YOUR CPAP.
