Hi,

You might be pleasantly surprised. A pressure of 4 is too little air for most people to breathe comfortably. 6 to 8 is a much more natural air pressure. You might find that some of your struggles before were from too little air. Now that you will be getting enough air to start with, you might find it to be very comfortable.

BTW, does your machine have a CFLEX, AFLEX, or Exhale Pressure Relief function? If so, that can help make breathing against the airflow a little easier. These functions reduce the pressure just a little when you exhale so breathing out is a lot more natural.
