Help! Why do I sleep soooo much?

Out of curiosity, I did a google search and found this product that has a 200mcg dose.

Puritan's Pride is the only company I found that has 200 mcg dosage and the stuff is cheap.

Currently I have a partially used bottle and two unopened bottles. That is about nine months supply, so I will not reorder at this point.

They regularly run specials. I really don't see how they sell it so cheap.

BTW, I took 200 mcg at 3:00 a.m. this morning, slept until 7:00, rolled onto my side and slept until 8:15.

My first appointment today is at 2:00, so I am taking it easy this morning.

I just bought a bottle of .03 mg melatonin, 6-hour timed release. I haven't tried it yet but will report back if anything interesting happens.
