Best Pillow I have found when using cpap
Best Pillow I have found when using cpap
I recently discovered a pillow that works great with my cpap mask. I have been on cpap therapy for the past 5 years and I have tried different pillows including cpap pillows, but always had a problem keeping the mask on or staying comfortable. I recently purchased a pillow from a company called Align Right (http://www.alignright.com) and this pillow is great. I sleep better and no longer have problems with keeping my mask in place. Just thought I would pass this along to others that might experience the same problem.

I do not even see CPAP as a recommendation for use with this
I have a pillow designed for CPAp as it has a cut out for side sleepers. It gets very hot at night and is not designed to be flipped so I am looking for a new pillow.
What makes this one good for you
Are you a back sleeper?

If a pillow is not comfortable without cpap, it is not likely to be any better with cpap.
Many people use their regular pillow; YMMV.

Check out the picture of the side sleeper. The mask is not on the pillow. I had been bending twisting and molding my temperpedic pillow to achieve the same results.

I use a bath towel folded to make a pillow about 2 inches thick.
I sleep on my side parts of the night with my face and mask off of the edge not touching anything.

I'm with Day Dreamer; I use the same pillow and it works for my FF mask!
