Krelvin, FYI, you are the customer here. You are the one who is going to be left holding the bag of goods. This is already beginning to sound like some of the other horror stories which turn up here. As the customer, you have certain rights, one of which is to know what they are providing, because you will also have certain financial obligations. Would you buy a car from someone sight unseen and then just sign on the dotted line when the salesman brings it to your house? My advice - hold 'em accountable to providing every little detail to you - before the machine arrives. Otherwise, you're vulnerable - you're gonna be wanting treatment, and you'll be willing to accept anything that offers that possibility.Krelvin wrote:I was able to confirm that the DME order was placed. I contacted them, and was told I would have something within a week. The person I chatted with didn't know if they had anything in stock (nor what they stocked), or how much of an issue the Insurance company would be etc.... I.e. No opportunity to see what type of machine is being offerred or any way to modify what that might be.
Good luck.

Bill
