If anyone is looking for a non med alternative to improve cognitive functioning, you might want to look into phosphatidylserine. It helps me tremendously but unfortunately, as one who seems to be hypersensitive to so many supplements and prescription meds, it seems to also have adverse affects.

But most people aren't so hypersensitive like I am so it might be worth a shot. Obviously, your mileage will vary.

Have you been able to check on the length of any apnea events? My mom had an ahi of 3.4, but her events were all long.

Also, do you wake up much during the night or sleep pretty solidly? How many hours of sleep do you get per night?
I don't know how to check that. Here's my sleepyhead data from last night:

I took half a 200mg pill this morning and I'll take the other half after lunch.

I don't know if you can check it in sleephead, but if you try ResScan, that will show you the length of each event. That is how I determined that my mom's old machine was not set for her current needs. I let her use my S9 for two partial nights so that I could look at the data.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Well, I stopped taking it anyway, it was making me feel worse, not better.
