sleepyhead thinks I'm still sleeping... help

This is weird, can anybody explain it? I went to bed at midnight, got up this morning at about 9:15... but according to sleepyhead, I'm still sleeping!




I'm afraid it's skewing my numbers... EDIT: I checked the LED on machine; it shows 9hrs 12min of use, with AHI of 1.9... this sounds more like it to me.

I tried SH several times and always had problems with it. Now sticking with ResScan.

Can you scroll down to the bottom of the statistics section on the left and give me a screen shot of the sessions it is showing?

Which version of SleepyHead are you using?
Sounds like the double session bug but it's odd that the graph shows activity after the break in therapy at 9:20 or so mark. Aliens using your machine after you get up? Also note the flow rate graph after the break in therapy is whacko..incomplete. When did you pull the SD card to check the data?

I have version 0.9.3; have downloaded the update that just came out but can't find it anywhere.... SD card, I pulled it about 9:40 -will get back here in a bit with that screenshot..

No, that's not the session I was referring to.
Open the daily detailed report for last night...below the pie chart and the statistics numbers is a little slider bar..use it to scroll clear down to the bottom of that section.
Also...get out of the Events tab and back to "Detail" tab.

Well darn...I was hoping that there was a 3rd session starting at the 9:20 or so that you woke up and turned the machine off.
Then you could just turn it off by clicking on the green box and turning it red. If you do that to the second session I think you lose everything from 3 AM on. But it will remove that whacko stuff.
I have no idea why it is showing the weird data. I have never seen a report where the machine reported usage and the person wasn't hooked up to it. Usually the other way around...no usage shown and the person swears they were using it.

I guess we just blame the aliens...you can turn off that second session to see what happens and at least remove all those events from the statistics.
Did you ever get Encore so that we could confirm with Encore any whacko data?
I forget if you have Windows OS or a Mac.

May have to just wait and see what happens with tonight's report.

.... and I wonder who was doing all that snoring after I woke up! I tried to get the new sleepyhead build today; downloaded it, couldn't find the "sleepyhead.exe" to click on since there's no installer for it. I did find a bunch of other files. I was actually able to open it and input my info, but once I put my card in was unable to import anything as there was some kind of a file it required.... so for now I will continue to use 9.3...

I have Windows 8.1 - might it be worth getting ResScan or Encore since I've had a couple of weird episodes?

Now I remember why you don't have Encore...Windows 8.1. That means Encore Pro 2.13 and it's a PITA.
Disregard my mention of ResScan. I had a brain fart and for some reason thought you were using a S9 machine.

Your SleepyHead application.exe file may have the ".exe" part hidden.
It's the last file in the SleepyHead folder


If you can't find it I could maybe walk you through it over the phone. Or you can just wait until the version with the installer is released.

If you could get me a copy of your SD card's P-Series folder I could put it on another SD card and run it on my Encore Pro.
It has to be an exact copy of the P-Series folder with all the contents inside. The easiest way to send it might be as an attachment to a private email. Do you know how to do attachments to your email? It's treated like a photo attachment.
That way we could see if Encore shows the alien use or if SleepyHead just misread a corrupt file.
Or I can walk you through installing Pro...and it would be much simpler to do it over the phone.

That file at the bottom of the folder is the one I tried to use and it opened, I was able to enter my personal info, but it wouldn't import from the SD card..I will try it again tomorrow, maybe it will decide to work then, if not maybe I'll just wait for the version with installer.

I know how to do attachments, if I have time tomorrow I'll see if I can get an exact copy of the folder for the SD card to send you; I'm a little short on time for the rest of today. Today's sleepyhead report knew what time I got up, nothing weird was reported.

Then it should work. Perhaps the import navigation wasn't pointing exactly to the root drive letter where the SD card sits.
Once SH is open..it works just like the prior version you have been using. Import procedure is the same but you do have to tell it where to go look.
