I assume this % number is from the machine's LCD menu because if you were using software the machine reports total leak and that would never be 0.

So on the machine's LCD display it is tell you that you spent 0 % of the night in large leak. It isn't telling you 0 leaks at all...it's just telling you no large leaks.

The 90% number is just a number that might or might not be something you would be using if your were on straight cpap mode.
It's easily skewed though.
Your AHI is nice and low. There's no need to change your settings based on the data that is reported. Now if you were having some sort of problem that might be a different discussion. 2 nights is too soon to be changing things unless the results are just flat out horrible and your numbers are quite decent.

As previously mentioned...the 90% number is where you were at OR below for 90 % of the night. People tend to forget the "or below" part of the definition. You might have only spent 45 minutes of the night at that pressure for all you know.
To really put much stock in a 90% number a person needs to evaluate the detailed pressure graphs....and have a lot more nights to evaluate. 90% pressure numbers need long term evaluation to establish a trend and not get all excited over 2 nights.

I agree that your min. pressure should be raised at least to 7, and eventually, possibly, more... no one can actually inhale at 4 anyway - it's just the machine default setting! And there's no downside to raising the high pressure either, a good span being about 5 degrees (or more if you want). It's just that when the low # is too low, and you have an event at e.g. 12, the machine takes so long to catch it, it's not able to do the job.
