The adapter works, as I ran the cpap off my car battery yesterday to see if I could diagnose the issue. If you got to cpap.com and google series 60 battery, both the battery and adapter come up.
I appreciate the info on which battery it was.

Could you now tell us specifically which model series 60 you have, i.e., 460, 560, 760, etc.?

Thanks.

BTW, I'm watching this with interest. I've spent a lot of bucks with these folks in the last year and am about to pop for a new machine on my own dollar. This story is not what I would have expected from them.

I don't really have any other recourse with cpap.com (having gotten to, apparently, *the* supervisor), am really distraught about the whole thing, and just wish it would all go away. I guess there's a risk I'm going to become the whipping boy, and will be accused of all kinds of evil, but I really think I've been pretty reasonable. I don't know. If someone who knows the cpap.com folks knows a better way for me to resolve this with them, I'd be interested.
Hi,

PM Caroline Goodman, one of the owners. She has been very helpful in helping me resolved customer service issues in the past.

Johnny & Carolyn have a sharp business sense.

I am hoping they will also have a chance to to check for the many "Spam Deleted" posts in thread "New doc and "CPAP fasting" before sleep study".

Has anyone used batteries from this vendor, with or without success?

If I were going to be looking for a battery pack for my 60 series machine I would be getting the one that JohnO bought and tested and had great success with.

Does any one know how this was resolved? I just experienced my first power outage since being on Bilevel CPap. It is time get serious about
battery backup. I am afraid to make any purchase since I read this thread a while back.
