If I were you I would look back at when the events occured. If I could see some kind of pattern I would use that information to know when the best times were to use the pulse ox to record the night.icipher wrote:All,
Thank you for your input.
Todzo,
I will check about the hypocapnic thing with my doctor.
I have a pulse ox and have used it occasionally. I see it go down to 92% at the lowest, but only for a short while. Seems to average around 95% while I am asleep.
If I have any arrhythmia, which I pray I do not at my age of 30, i would think it would be tachycardia. My heart doesn't seem to beat off rhythm, mostly just really fast.
I would be looking closely at the pulse rate line more than the oximeter line. If I find an event (very high or very low heart rate) then I wold be looking at the oximeter line as well.
I would keep a log.
Probably your body is simply telling you to give it some tender loving care. Right now I am going to plan out the good eating and moving I will do to the end of the month. I am constantly learning how to better take care of my body. I wish I had started when I was your age (I am you X2).
