travel machine

Post by lliann » Mon Apr 28, 2014 10:14 am

It's likely I am going to start traveling now that we are seeing actual sun. I know this topic has come up before but I know new things are being introduced all the time. I could travel with my vpap. Or I could just look for a easy carry smaller one that gives reliable treatment. Data storage would be nice or at least stat info (ahi), but ultimately just a little travel machine that people like. Suggestions?

Cost is going to limit your choices since you need a bilevel machine and are having aerophagia issues.
The smaller "travel" machines don't do bilevel pressures.
Bilevel machines aren't cheap and are hard to find on the secondary market.
Unless you found an old one cheap somewhere...but then it wouldn't be smaller.
All the bilevel machines made now are full data though and while not impossible to find a good deal on a slightly used one......those deals are rare.
