I start at 9 because it's the setting I feel most comfortable at to fall asleep. Anything higher and I can't sleep.

But 9 is obviously not therapeutic for you. You're either going to have to learn to fall asleep with a higher pressure or accept that you are going to have snores.

Are you using any pressure relief? Are you sleeping well once you fall asleep? It seems like you are spending the whole night at a higher pressure.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Day 2 starting at 10 with a max of 14. Still no change. AHI is still low. Guess I can be thankful for that.

On a related note why care if I am snoring if my AHI is 3 or less?

By the way I was just looking at my reports from Encore. Looks like the snoring gets worse the higher I go in pressure. That means i would need a full face mask, something I can't do. I've tried every one they have out there, none have worked. Chin straps don't work either.

Guess since my AHI is low I can dismiss the snoring.

Well I tried starting at a pressure of 10 last night, with a maximum of 15. Sleepyhead say I was at 15 all night except two times. During that whole time at 15, I still snored. So I don't know what to do.

If your machine has you at 15 for the vast majority of the night that might indicate you need a higher pressure setting. What is your 90/95% pressure Stat? If that is at 15 you should let the machine go higher and see what it wants to do past 15. If that is lower than 15 try moving to constant pressure at 95% for a while (like a month) and so how you feel, rather than worrying too much about what your sore stats are. Nobody seems to really know what the snore stats mean anyway.

According to Encore i get the best sleep at 13. However the machine stays at 13 all night when I set it to a max of 13. Same with 14 and 15. Should I really go to 16 or 17?

Check out the stats:

you could try it for a night or 2 and see if it solves the issue.

I wish you well
