I use it every night never skip. There has to be a better way, or away to improve my sleep. I hate going to bed i know i will get up an average of 6-8 times and feel crummy in the morning. It is ruining my life, by far the most chalangeing time in my life and i am 46.

If I had that AHI every night my behind would be dragging too. Hopefully you can post your data and get some tips for optimizing your treatment. I'm sure someone will come along soon with posting instructions. I'd just like to encourage you that as long as your treatment has room for improvement, there's still room for this treatment to help you feel better. Maybe what you learn now will be your turnaround. Best wishes.

What kind of mask do you use - it can make a big difference.
