Neither sleepy head nor encore basic can read my card

Sleepy head is unable to read the card from my PR BiPAP S/T - C series
Encore Basic is also unable to down load the data from the card and I get the following message:

Media read successfully. The therapy data on the media is not valid and is not saved. Contact product support for assistance.

Has anybody else had this? Does the card need to be formatted before I start using it?

It's possible that this problem is a generational one in that your machine is creating data files incompatible with Encore Basic. With SleepyHead, it doesn't support Series 60 ASV machines yet and likely not your S/T C machine either.
The current version of Encore Pro is likely what you need to read your data.

I had to switch to a more recent version of Encore Pro to get my data.
