new sleepyhead update

What the H--L happened???? All of a sudden my Sleepy head data is gone and I have the new up date which I can not make head or tails of. I am not a computer guru or even a half As--e-d user. Can not figure how I am to regain all my old Sleepy head data and be asked if I want to up date…HELP

Shucks, yelled to soon, got it working again with all old data still there, still wonder, what the H--L happened????
