Sleepyhead won't work for me now

Post by CoastalSun » Thu Apr 10, 2014 9:11 am

I have been using Sleepyhead for the past year without any issues but over the past week, I am having difficulty downloading new data. The program closes unexpectedly. A couple of times, I have been able to download new data by setting up a new folder but now the program just closes before any download.

Any suggestions?

Do you have the most recent version of Sleepyhead? That's all I can think of.

Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.

PC or Mac?

If it's a Mac, JediMark just posted that there's a new build for Mac's. You might want to try that.

If it's a PC, what version of Windows is it?

Here's the post I was referring to. Apparently it's a much better version than what you're using.

I'm glad it was as simple as that!

Bama Rambler ... I spoke too soon!
When I went to close the application in 'Finder' before disconnecting the card reader, I noticed that there were two applications open: Resmed AND Sleepyhead. Before I downloaded the newest version, it would just show 'Resmed' application open. Now, when I go in to open newest Sleepyhead, I can't find it and only the old version opens. Arrrgh! Do I have to deleter the old version first and all of my old data before downloading the newest?
Thanks!

here is a quote from Jedimark -
"Before trying a unstable build, you will have to make sure you backup your SleepyHeadData folder first. <-- Please read that again."

You may want to read through all of the messages posted on viewtopic.php?f=1&t=93195&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

When I downloaded the newest sleepyhead to my MAC, i didn't care about the old information, and just had the new version overwrite/replace the old version.

But if the old information is important to you, Maybe you can copy the old sleepyhead to a usb flash drive?

Another thing I noticed when I uploaded my data from my sd card to the new sleepyhead, it downloaded all information from when I first got my BiPap device this past August.
