Installing encore Pro

This program hates me.

I have tried installing it on two computers and I get the same message on
both computers......popups saying:

DBUpgrade
---ERROR creating database: The object 'DF_Interacti_Pendi_34C8D9D1' is dependent on column 'pending flag.'

---ERROR SOURCE: Microsoft OLE DB provider for SQL Server

---ERROR NUMBER: 80040E14

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS????????????????????????????????
