Welcome to the Forum

I want to say greetings to all the folks that have joined the forum. One thing I suggest is to sit back, relax and learn what this disorder is about and how the CPAP will remedy the problem. Everyone's situation is different. However, I suggest doing a search and see what others have said about your particular needs. We are in this together and we will communicate with you to talk about your particular situation. Even those who have been on the form for a very long time need help with their therapy as well.

As you may have noticed, we also talk about off the topic issues (aka "OT").
And for me, I pretty much stay away from political issues. There or so many different opinions.
However, there are many, many topics. There are some folks that are VERY talented at making us laugh so hard that we almost pee in our pants! Many of us can certainly attest to that.

As for me, It took me several years before I could say "I get it." Now I can pretty much read my own data and if I can't, there are those that will assist me to understand.

All that said again, I wish to welcome you to the forum. As a welcome, I have prepared coffee and cookies for you as you sit back, relax, read and learn. I have worked very hard at making enough coffee and cookies for all of you. I purchased the very best coffee beans that is suitable for all taste buds. As for the cookies, I have been up in the wee hours of the morning making sure you will get very moist and delicious cookies. They come to you freshly baked. I hope you will enjoy them!

Welcome to the forum,
Starlette
