An update to my last message. I just spoke to Nationwide and they stated they no longer supply just the headgear for a mask, we have to purchase the whole mask. I'm not sure why they didnt tell me that when I called just ordering a headgear strap, but since I'm am eligible for a mask they sent it. They sent a mask that I already have several of, the Quattro FX. Actually I called to order the Quattro Air which they don't carry. They are sending me return a return mailer.

When you contact Louisville O2, ask for Craig. He's a RT there and a really good guy!

Olivia,

I just caught them in another lie!!! They DO carry the Quattro Air, up until my hubby found his current mask, he had been getting that mask from them. I think he may have an extra (a large), PM me if you are interested.

After I slept on it I WAS going to give them another chance but not now.

Jen
