Thank you again for all the help. With a pressure range of 10-20, and ramp at 15 min with a pressure of 6, EPR off- my AHI went from over 20 to 7. That's still a little high, but so much better. My daughter also thinks the big cluster of OA's I had in a over about 30 min may have been when I was actually awake and fiddling with the mask, so the AHI was likely even better.

My pressure average for the night was only 14, compared to 20.

Again, no leaks.

I feel much encouraged. I will still make a follow-up visit with a sleep Dr. My daughter will go with me and I will be much more informed and educated in what to expect.

I would leave things alone a couple more nights...if you continue to see a large cluster like that then maybe just a little more minimum to break up the clusters. It's possible that the clusters are related to REM stage sleep or supine sleeping or both...might just need a tiny bit more for those situations. At this point if changes are made to the minimum pressure I would suggest 0.5 cm changes at a time.

When you do your images of your reports can you do the left side bar graphs and right side graphs all in one image so we can see date and how the night went at a glance.
The AHI bar graph on the right is not needed..you can turn it off in Preferences graph.
Likewise Mask pressure for the S9 is not needed.
Here is an example of mine. With a bit of resizing of the graphs (hover mouse cursor over the bottom line of the graph till you see a little short double line then click and drag) you can get the basics all in one image.

Excellent progress. It is great that you are able to get better therapy now. It takes some time to dial everything in, but with patience and data and some feedback you will soon be able to find the optimum settings.

Looks like you nailed it! Good call. I suppose I was biased a bit since my machine behaved the same way and I refused to believe it for weeks, though in the end it truly was than I just don't get effective therapy below 18 - 19. At least now I know to watch out for that in the future.
