I've been reading Pugsy's tutorials and trying to learn but I've gotten confused. I had a good titration study and felt wonderful after for several days but now that I'm home I feel almost as bad as I did pre cpap. Almost. There are mild improvements but nothing like post titration study. I felt like a million bucks.
My apnea score was 13.4 so I'm mild. My pressure is 6. My mask is comfy and almost zero leaks. Humidity at 4. I was ramping but stopped as I didn't need it.
If I wasn't so danged tired I honestly wouldn't worry about these numbers, but it looks to me like I'm spending a significant amount of nightly time above 5. The red line you see is the 5 level. I drew that in to make sure I was seeing things correctly.
These are nights 1-7 up to today. Am I just extra sensitive or impatient?

The fact that you're feeling bad is more important than the graphs, but that being said -- what is the AHI for each of those nights, and what is the category breakdown (obstructive, hypopnea, clear airway)? That's important info before we start thinking about any possible pressure adjustments.

Please show us (at least) a strip or two of your air flow data. AHI is probably the crudest measure. We need more detail. More info better feedback.

That particular graph is just an hour by hour graph. It's next to useless.
The more important graphs are the AHI bar graph showing categories on the left and on the right the
Events graph
Flow Rate graph
Pressure graph if using auto adjusting pressures
Leak graph.
That AHI graph is redundant information and doesn't tell us who and what and when.
Examples in the tutorial.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thanks everyone! I'll post the requested info over the weekend. Who knew I was going to have to get a degree in sleep, lol.
