Seal on cushion/can't find replacement cushion
Seal on cushion/can't find replacement cushion
I found my old Breeze headgear, which had been hiding from me. But the nasal cushion does not have a good seal and can't find a replacement even on cpap.com. The Dreamseal they have doesn't look like what I have. I have tried bandaids, athletic tape, and adhesive tape with no success. Any suggestions? I really want to try this mask before buying a new one. What do others use to make a good seal?
Re: Seal on cushion/can't find replacement cushion
There was a thread a while ago dealing with boiling the cushions with baking soda (?) to rejuvenate the silicon. I never tried it, but if you don't have anything to lose, search the board. Good luck!

I 'simmer' with a bit of baking soda every weekend. Works for me !

Thanks, Jeannh, I have just now boiled it and it is drying. Will see if that works for me.
