TRANSCEND CPAP MACHINE
I am considering a battery-operated CPAP machine because on a recent European trip, my ResMed died while on a converter. Anyone familiar with the Transcend or something similar?

Re: TRANSCEND CPAP MACHINE
I have a transcend auto for travel, I'm pleased with it and would recommend it for others looking for something to travel with. I would not use it as a primary device though.

Re: TRANSCEND CPAP MACHINE
I also have the Transcend Auto, and used to use the older model with just straight CPAP - they are great machines for travel due to small packing size, but of course have no humidifier as is.........great for occasional travel when packing space is limited, but I have to agree with "NameGoesHere" that it would not be a great machine for home, or everyday use. I also have tried the Z1, which was absolutely terrible in my experience, the Z1 is a very difficult machine to breath on with it's Z-Breath algorithym.
If you are looking for a good travel machine that includes a humidifier I would recomend the Intelipap or the F&P Icon with it's built in humidifire tub, both are good machines with humidifiers but larger than the Transcend because of the extra room required for the humidifier. You can go to cpap dot com and click on "Travel Machines" to get a good idea of what's available in smaller size machines for travel.
