thanks for the ideas. I have been washing it daily but think I might have it too tight. I'll try that tonight and if not, will try the tissue idea. OMG….this is such an overwhelming adjustment to my life. Someone else posted I will die if I don't figure it out. I hope they are wrong. I know it impacts my heart and I could have a stroke or just not wake up but should I be terrified? What is the prognosis for people who just don't use the machine? Not that I intend to play russian roulette but I don't want to be so freaked out because I can't sleep. My doc is calling in sleep meds but said do not take at unless I'm hooked up and ready to sleep and must keep mask on all night…..wondering if anyone ever died from just never going to sleep? that sounds easier than all of this at this point. (jk, kinda)
thanks again. Im learning a lot from all of you and am grateful for your experiences.

Don't let it get you too wound up but if it helps you to stay the course then use it as motivation. Focus on the positive - you are going to turn your life around by using this equipment. If some guy in a wheel chair can win a gold medal you can do this.Amronjohnson wrote:thanks for the ideas. I have been washing it daily but think I might have it too tight. (However you may remember about that phrase often used "He died quietly in his sleep" as if it was some sort of positive thing? or look up Reggie White )
