We have a few people using it and it has been discussed in dept on the forum in the past and not long ago was the most recent time.
Unfortunately the forum search function is being problematic right now..so I can't point you towards those discussions at the moment but if you will use the search function and type in SoClean...and search you will find lots of information when it finally wants to search.

I personally think that the SoClean system is overkill but each to their own when it comes to whatever someone wants to do in terms of cleaning, is what I think people should do.
There may be rare situations where extreme measures are needed (impaired immune system maybe) in terms of disinfection is needed but for most of us normal people it isn't needed. IMHO for what it's worth. But if someone wants to go to extra work and extra expense to clean/disinfect or whatever...hey, if they sleep better doing it then go for it.

Remember the SoClean is for killing bugs/germs...you still have to wash the mask to remove facial oils. It doesn't eliminate the need to use soap and water.

I like mine. I like that it cleans the whole pathway down to the humidifier. I admit that you STILL have to manually clean the pillows, body oils on the mask etc etc. But it's far easier to throw the thing in the machine than to disassemble the mask. Admittedly, if it's a choice between food and a SoClean2 or CPAP supplies or SoClean2, don't get the soClean! But if you can afford it and you just want a bit of luxury, it is nice and does work.

One thing...there's an adapter for the heated tube. I was a bit reluctant to pay for it. So I decided to see whether I "needed" the heated hose. I have been using it without the heated hose and decided that there was no need for the heated hose (could be that it doesn't get that cold here) and avoided the cost of the heated hose adapter and future cost of heated hoses.
