Eson nasal mask headgear causing stiff neck.

Has anyone changed the headgear to solve stiff neck issues? I really like the mask mask but can't solve the neck problem. Any advice is appreciated.

I've been using the Eson nasal mask for over a year now actually just purchased my second Eson nasal mask and never had a stiff neck. Your straps maybe to tight? try adjusting the strap and see if that resolves the problem.

For some people those lower straps and the placement where they go simply put the cervical spine in a bind causing pain an it can happen even with the straps not too tight. It happens to me with most of those type of masks that have that lower strap placement.

Also sometimes it's the mask and the bed pillow that causes stress on the cervical spine...so maybe changing bed pillows might help.

I've had more problems from thick pillows.
