One of the very surprises of being on APAP since Nov 05 is that I do not wake up with a totally dry mouth any more.
I have never understood why or how cpap caused me to wake up many mornings with a completely dry mouth anyway nor do I understand why it is not there now that I have APAP.
Anyone else have this happen and care to explain it?

I think the higher pressure of constant cpap was making you mouth breath. Now you spend most of the night at a lower pressure, and the low pressure doesn't force your mouth open.
Good Job.
