actually it just reflects generic apnea...not obstructive apnea
and flags hyponeas..

I think that if you do have a central it just gets dumped in the generic apnea basket.
If your AHI is low....you aren't having any centrals as the machine is likely doing its job.
I think that is why ResMed elected not to flag centrals separately with the Adapt. We have had several discussions about this in the past and that's pretty much what we came up with...ResMed assumes it deals with centrals and thus no need to separate the two.

Respironics ASV machine do flag centrals separately though and when someone just has to know for sure...that's the machine to use.

Both Sleepyhead and Rescan showed that I changed my EPAP.
